In early 2005 Kay and the girls started on a dry Zen Garden.
To keep it sheltered Amarlie and Lesley built a long stone wall, with Lesley working on one side and Amarlie on the other it was like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Ending up in total 60ft long and at it's highest point 9ft high. This provides a sheltered area for Kay's bonsai.
A large expanse of raked white gravel (that represents waves in water) and a large rock seat to sit, relax and enjoy the view of Mount Roland.
