Kaydale Lodge usually receives 4 or 5 falls of snow every winter (8-10 cm, it generally only lasts for a couple of days Unfortunately we can never guarantee when it will snow, anytime from June untill late September or even in early October. Winter is when the interesting shapes of the weeping maples comes into play, frost ,snow or dew drops clothing them in a magical sparckle
also the moss and lichen really shows up
