Kaydale Lodge Gardens
The garden is open every day 9am till sunset.
Twice a year the garden is open with the Australian Open Garden Scheme as this is a wonderful excuse to complete another project in the garden. Kaydale Lodge Gardens is the product of the passion and dedication of two generations of inspired gardeners. Kay and Robert Crowden built Kaydale Lodge in 1979 as a private guest house and restaurant on a rural property of 70 hectares at Nietta, behind Ulverstone on the beautiful North-West Coast of Tasmania, Australia. Together with their two daughters Amarlie & Lesley they have worked to surround the Lodge with an amazing two-hectare cool climate garden that has a diverse range of plants and truly showcases all the four seasons. What really sets Kaydale apart is the quality and creativity of the hard landscaping and attention to detail that ensures Kaydale's popularity and reputation as one of Tasmania's premiere garden attractions. |
